Education:
lighting the path
forward

In Afghanistan, millions of children — particularly girls — have been denied the right to learn. Noble Connection's education programme is working to change that, one classroom, one child, one future at a time.

Why education in Afghanistan cannot wait

Afghanistan has one of the lowest literacy rates in the world. Decades of conflict, displacement and poverty have robbed generations of children of their right to learn. For girls in particular, access to education has become a political battleground — with millions now locked out of schools entirely.

Noble Connection believes that education is not a luxury. It is the foundation upon which every other form of development depends. A child who can read, write and reason is a child with options — and options are what communities need to lift themselves out of poverty permanently.

Our education programme operates across multiple provinces, supporting formal schooling, informal literacy classes and vocational training for young people who have missed out on formal education due to displacement or gender-based restrictions.

What our education programme delivers

  • Formal schooling support for boys and girls across multiple Afghan provinces
  • Informal literacy and numeracy classes for children unable to access formal schooling
  • Girls' education initiatives in areas where school access is restricted
  • Vocational skills training for young adults and displaced youth
  • Supply of books, stationery, uniforms and essential learning materials
  • Teacher training and capacity-building in under-resourced communities
  • Home-based learning circles in areas where school attendance is unsafe

The impact of your donation

Every pound donated to our education programme goes directly to funding learning materials, teacher support, facility costs and programme delivery. With Noble Connection's 100% donation policy, there is no overhead dilution — your money does exactly what you intend it to do.

A single donation of £30 can provide a full term's supply of books and stationery for one child. £150 can support a month of home-based learning for an entire girls' learning circle. £500 can fund a part-time teacher for a term in an informal literacy centre.

Whether you give once, give regularly, or give Zakat — every contribution reaches a child who would otherwise go without.

Every child deserves the chance to learn.

Your support today gives a child in Afghanistan access to education — and with it, a future. With our 100% donation policy, every pound you give is a pound that reaches them.
